Dynamic Simulation of Gear System Based on 2D Space Multibody Physics: A Sustainable Gear Design Approach

چکیده

The study employed a two-dimensional (2D) space with multibody dynamics as the physics to simulate dynamic behaviour of intermeshing gears. Both gear teeth and body were principal stress strain well Von Mises system. A pair meshing examined from pinion other for accurate contact stress-strain simulation. validity proposed simulation was verified surface stress, strain, elastic total displacement. results show that could be attributed critical characteristics single double teeth. peak-to-peak pattern indicates essential points which cause occurrence failure modes. research motion is profoundly enriched served reference design.
